Write A Notice on Annual Study Tour

Your school has arranged an educational study tour to Bishnupur, Bankura by bus. As group captain of the Excursion team of your school write a notice for the students of your school inviting names of the willing students for the study tour and other related information that you feel is important.

We are glad to announce to the students of our school that the school authority has arranged for a study tour to Bishnupur, Bankura by bus. The tour will be a period of four days. Those who want to participate in the excursion are requested to enroll their names on or before 24th June.

Interested ones are requested to note the following particulars:

1. Date of starting: 1st July 2019

2. Time of starting: 7:30 a.m.

3. Place of starting: From the school premises

4. Date of return: 4th July 2019

5. Time of return: At night

6. Rate of fee: Rs. 500/- per head

7. Necessary things to be taken: Two sets of dress, towel, toothbrush and paste, torchlight, some extra money, and other essential items needed for daily use.

All concerned are requested to co-operate to make the tour a grand success.
