All the students of our school are hereby informed that the science club is going to organize a ”science exhibition” on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of our school. The exhibition will run for three days.
All concerned are requested to note the following details.
a. Date: 15 March – 17 March, 20xx
b. Duration each day: The exhibition will remain open from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
c. Last date of submission of names: 10 March, 20xx
Those who are interested to take part in this exhibition are requested to submit their names to their respective class teachers with the scheme of the model if any.
