Notice for Sports Competition
Your school is going to host the inter-school district sports competition. Suppose you are the secretary of the Sports Club of your school. Write a notice informing the students to enlist names in the sports competition. Also mention the date, time, and venue of the competition. Your notice should be countersigned by the headmaster of your school.

All the students of our school are hereby informed that this year our school is going to organize and host the Inter-school District Sports Competition. Students from the different schools in our district will participate in this sports competition. The events – long jump, high jump, relay race, shot put, 100 m race, 200 m race, javelin throw, etc. are available in this competition.
A student can take part in a maximum of three events. No registration fee is required for participating in the competition. The students who are interested to participate in the competition are therefore asked to enlist their names on or before 1st February in the school sports room.
All concerned are requested to note the following schedule:
1. Dates of competition: 5, 6, 7 February 2019
2. Time of competition: 9 am to 3 pm
3. Venue of competition: our school playground
All concerned are requested to co-operate with us to make the entire competition successful.
