It is hereby notified to the enrolled student volunteers that this year the annual prize-giving ceremony will be held on the 22nd of this month. So the volunteers should report to the undersigned at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the annual Prize Distribution Ceremony for the smooth running of the entire programme. The student volunteers must come strictly in the school ground in school uniforms failing which they will not be allowed to volunteer. The enrolled volunteers must collect the volunteer badge and understand their respective duties from the undersigned. It must be remembered that student volunteer duty is a responsible job and it must be taken seriously. Any untoward incident or any complaint against any student volunteer will be seriously dealt with.
