All the students of our school are hereby notified that our school is going to celebrate it’s annual day on the 27th January, 20XX. The program will be held at our school auditorium from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
There will be many cultural activities such as dance, music and so forth. students who are interested to participate in the events are requested to contact their respective class monitors.
For any inquiries or assistance related to Annual Day Celebration , please contact at our school office between 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
