This is to inform all the students of our school that we are going to celebrate the Independence Day on 15th August this year. On this special day we pay our respects to those freedom fighters who fought and sacrified there lifes for our freedom from British rule. So we want everyone to attend.
The following details of the celebration are given below:
1. Venue: school playground
2. Time: 7:00 a.m.
3. Activities: flag hosting ceremony, patriotic songs, speeches, and cultural program
We invite all students to actively participate the cultural function. The last date of enlisting name to join the function is 12/08/20XX.
All the students have to come in white uniform before 6:45 a.m.
All concerned are requested to co-operate to make the program a grand success. For father information, the undersigned may be contacted.
