My dear friend,
Hope you are in good health and enjoying your Dussehra vacation with your family. I am writing the letter for a special purpose. I know that you are very excited for Diwali. I am also looking for Diwali, as it is my favourite festival. So I would like to invite you to join us to celebrate diwali with my family at our home.
The festival of Diwali holds a special place in our hearts and it would be wonderful to have you with us to share the joy of this auspicious occasion. This year we will celebrate Diwali in a different way. Our home will be decorated with colourful rangolis. Kali puja will be held on Diwali night at our home. Many relatives will come to participate with us to enjoy the special moments. We will light the candles and also celebrate with fire crackers in the evening. How are your parents doing? Please tell them that I have earnestly request them to come to our home along with you. We are all waiting for your arrival.
