My dear friend,
I hope this letter finds you and your family in the best condition of your health. I am writing this letter to share the exciting details of our new year celebrations and I could not wait to tell you all about it.
At first, I would like to wish you a very happy new year to you and your family. This year we welcomed the new year with great enthusiasm and joy. My cousins and I had decorated our house with twinkling lights and balloons. In the evening the house looked like a fairyland.
We organised a feast in the garden in front of our house. My mother and aunt prepared tasty chicken biryani. Father, uncle, cousins and I were busy playing chess. I had a lot of fun that night. As the clock approached midnight, we watched the fireworks from our balcony, which illuminated the night sky in a mesmerizing display of colours. The atmosphere was filled with joy and hope for the future.
